Burberry seeks a Digital Samples Assistant in London to manage studio shoots and digital product sampling using Flo content management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily studio shoots, manage studio support activities, and maintain organized set environments
- Manage the complete shoot list process, including sourcing and pulling samples, prioritizing products, and creating shoots within Flo content management tool
- Collaborate closely with the in-house styling team on all shoots, seasonal styling direction, and sample requirements
- Develop product expertise within the assigned division by working closely with product teams
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders including Product Development, Merchandising, Press, Styling, and Showroom teams
- Request, source, and track product inventory from multiple locations including showrooms, press offices, product development, merchandising departments, and warehouse facilities
- Compile and maintain comprehensive product information within Flo
- Monitor production changes and determine material readiness for photography based on updated information
- Track and achieve monthly deadlines and targets with consistent accuracy
- Support key initiatives such as runway photography, festive gifting campaigns, seasonal lookbooks, and related documentation
- Manage sample movements using Flo tracking system
- Receive goods and process product returns to hub facilities, ensuring adherence to quality control standards
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge specific to the assigned division
- Communicate regularly with management to ensure maximum deadline achievement and target attainment
- Work flexibly across both studio locations in London (Hackney and Westminster)
Qualifications
- Previous product or studio experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated can-do attitude and collaborative team player mentality
- Highly organized approach to work and project management
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build cross-functional relationships
- Capacity to work effectively in fast-paced and pressured environments
