Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact digital initiatives, including site updates and seasonal e‑commerce campaigns aligned to brand and commercial objectives.
- Develop, maintain and govern detailed project plans, timelines and milestone trackers to ensure delivery on schedule and within scope.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (UX/UI, merchandising, marketing, engineering) and external agencies to define requirements, resource needs and acceptance criteria.
- Act as primary stakeholder owner for digital projects: facilitate governance meetings, communicate progress, escalate risks and secure stakeholder alignment on KPIs.

- Oversee quality assurance and testing processes for digital deliverables, ensuring outputs meet luxury brand standards and deliver a premium customer experience.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation, monitoring costs and maximising return on investment for digital initiatives.
- Adapt plans rapidly in fast‑changing environments, reprioritising workstreams to maintain delivery momentum and business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital project management, preferably within luxury retail, e‑commerce or a related digital environment.
- Proven track record delivering complex, high‑stakes digital programmes at a global scale.
- Strong stakeholder management with experience presenting to senior leadership and driving cross‑functional alignment.
- Commercial mindset with demonstrable experience driving conversion or commercial optimisation through digital initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, meticulous attention to detail and strong planning and prioritisation skills.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and maintaining delivery momentum under pressure.
- Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is a plus.
