Leading luxury fashion house (Paris) hires Digital Employee Sale Coordinator — 6‑month contract. Coordinate and execute internal e‑commerce sale events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, configure and execute the company’s employee online sale events across the e‑commerce platform, including product selection, pricing, discount codes and catalogue updates.
- Coordinate cross‑departmentally with HR, wholesale/retail, merchandising, logistics and IT to validate employee eligibility, inventory allocations and fulfilment procedures.
- Manage staging and quality assurance of the digital sale environment: test flows, validate promotions, monitor site performance and troubleshoot transactional issues prior to launch.
- Administer internal communications for the employee sale (intranet notices, email campaigns, FAQs), and act as primary point of contact for employee enquiries during the event.
- Monitor live event metrics and post‑event reporting: sales performance, stock movement, returns, and lessons learned to optimise subsequent employee sales.
- Ensure compliance with internal discount policies and data security protocols when handling employee lists and transactional data.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage time‑sensitive digital promotions and campaigns with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; experience coordinating between HR, operations, merchandising and IT.
- Working knowledge of e‑commerce operations, product catalogue management and discount mechanics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of producing clear internal communications and process documentation.
- Comfort with troubleshooting minor technical issues and coordinating fixes with technical teams during high‑traffic events.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce operations, digital merchandising, promotions management or retail operations; experience within luxury fashion or premium retail preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Communications or a related discipline preferred.
