- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior designers.
- Push creative boundaries to maintain industry-leading digital output.
- Participate in cross-channel workshops to align creative direction.
- Partner with Production teams to scope work, manage workloads, and meet deadlines.
- Analyze data insights to inform and implement design improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a digital design role, ideally within luxury or fashion.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating collaboration with marketing, art direction, and content teams.
- Expertise in mobile-first, responsive, and adaptive design principles.
