Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a customer-facing, service-oriented department team, coaching and providing feedback to ensure consistent delivery of the Burberry Experience
  • Set performance targets and drive department productivity and profitability metrics including conversion rates, sales, UPT, AUR, and customer data capture
  • Plan department scheduling in accordance with peak business hours to optimize staffing levels and customer service delivery
  • Develop relationships and communicate effectively with merchants and category specialists relevant to the department
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the luxury retail market and current fashion trends; actively visit competitive brands to study collections and market positioning
  • Communicate current advertising, marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions to the team and ensure brand alignment

  • Ensure all team members are fully trained in the Burberry Experience, possess sound product knowledge, and understand company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven strong performance within a store or concession management role in a high-volume, high-turnover retail environment
