Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving category performance and achieving commercial objectives
- Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional luxury customer experience
- Provide real-time feedback and performance coaching to strengthen individual and team effectiveness
- Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities and implement actions to optimize results
