Role & Responsibilities
- Lead sales associates to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve sales goals and KPIs
- Drive sales for an assigned category, partnering with the Store Manager on sell-through and team training
- Lead a high-performing customer-facing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure the full Burberry Experience is delivered consistently
- Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service delivery and prevent clients from being left unattended
- Foster collaboration between sales associates, specialists, stock, and operations teams on the selling floor
- Provide real-time and post-transaction coaching to associates on successes and opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and retain talent through monthly development plans and annual performance reviews
- Lead onboarding and integration of new team members
- Deliver the Burberry Experience by example during customer interactions as needed
- Partner with Store Manager and Training to own Burberry Experience training delivery using daily and weekly meetings to reinforce key concepts
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management when necessary
- In the absence of store management, authorize post-void transactions, promotional discounts, and employee sales
- Drive the digital experience in-store and use digital tools for communication when face-to-face is unavailable
- Communicate business insights and ideas to support continuous improvement
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines consistently
- Maintain a positive, harmonious, and open work environment
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including security, alarming, and POS procedures
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales
- Advanced proficiency with POS systems
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex customer service issues including dissatisfied customers, complaints, returns, and after-sales support
- Fluent and professional communication skills with clients and staff
- Familiarity with Apple mobile devices and digital tools

1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management education or certifications are preferred.
