Burberry is hiring a Department Manager to support leadership of its La Roca store, leading approximately 25 colleagues and partnering with the Store Manager to drive category performance, develop talent and deliver exceptional client experiences and commercial results. The role is a one-year fixed-term contract and includes responsibility for coaching, client engagement, business performance and daily store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in delivering sales, productivity and profitability targets across all categories.
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of approximately 25 colleagues, creating an engaged, high-performing store environment.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the sales floor to elevate the client experience, selling performance and service standards.
- Drive client engagement and loyalty through personalised service and long-term relationship building.
- Analyse business performance, identify opportunities and implement actions to improve commercial outcomes.
- Own daily store operations, ensuring operational excellence, compliance and an elevated luxury environment.
