Burberry is seeking a Department Manager to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading a store team of approximately 40 colleagues across BOH and FOH. The role combines people leadership, operational excellence and client engagement to deliver a strong customer experience and commercial results.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and develop a team, fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture.
- Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to deliver commercial objectives and elevate the customer experience.

- Ensure operational excellence across stock management, compliance, visual presentation and service standards.
