Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and commercial performance of the crystals department within a flagship or boutique store, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales team; set individual objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through personalised clienteling, after‑sales follow-up and VIP relationship management.
- Own merchandising and visual standards for the department: implement floor plans, product adjacencies and seasonal displays in line with global directives.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving, stocktakes and shrinkage prevention in coordination with retail operations and loss‑prevention teams.
- Produce accurate sales and stock reports, analyse trends and propose commercial actions (promotions, events, assortment adjustments) to maximise margin and sell-through.
