Burberry Barcelona (La Roca Village) seeks a Department Manager to lead the retail team and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a customer-facing department team to consistently deliver Burberry’s client experience and commercial objectives at La Roca Village.
  • Coach, mentor and provide regular performance feedback to develop capability, confidence and engagement across the department.
  • Plan and manage rotas to align staffing with trading patterns and peak customer demand.
  • Embed clienteling practices to develop meaningful client relationships, drive loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
  • Ensure impeccable visual standards, merchandising execution and housekeeping across the department.
  • Build strong working relationships with merchandising, operations and business stakeholders to support product and trading priorities.
  • Use retail systems and digital tools to support day-to-day operations and reporting.
