Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class, luxury customer service across all channels with elevated experience through empathy and care
- Take ownership of all customer cases to conclusion, providing timely updates and ensuring accurate systems documentation
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge, serving as a brand ambassador through styling recommendations and personalised solutions

Experience

Education
