Burberry seeks a French-speaking Customer Service Consultant in Leeds, UK to deliver luxury customer experiences through multichannel clienteling and case management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver world-class luxury customer service across all multichannel platforms (phone, email, chat, social)
  • Take ownership of customer cases through to resolution and provide timely updates to clients
  • Maintain accurate records and system documentation to ensure optimal customer follow-up experiences
  • Provide elevated service experience and brand storytelling through every customer interaction
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and passion for Burberry offerings; serve as a brand ambassador capable of styling recommendations, cross-selling, and personalised solutions
  • Build and retain long-term customer relationships through proactive clienteling activities including outreach, follow-up, and appointment scheduling
  • Manage personal client portfolio with regular, personalised contact and engagement
  • Apply empathy and intuition to anticipate customer needs and resolve service or product-related issues
  • Recommend relevant aftercare services and loyalty programmes based on customer needs and purchase history
  • Accurately capture and record customer details using all available systems for effective case management and follow-up
