Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional luxury customer service across all communication channels.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, styling and linking products to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Manage a personal client book, ensuring regular, meaningful interactions.
  • Anticipate and address customer needs with empathy and intuition.
  • Utilize knowledge systems to recommend aftercare services and build customer loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection policies and maintain up-to-date customer profiles.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in an additional language is advantageous but not mandatory.

Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive and positive attitude with resilience in challenging situations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability. Understanding of customer service needs and priorities.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the luxury sector, is desirable.
