Role & Responsibilities
- Manage wholesale customer accounts across multiple countries in the EMEIA region, processing orders, confirming deliveries, and handling cancellations, returns, and invoicing
- Coordinate with hub and transportation teams to oversee shipment progress, schedule deliveries, and ensure adherence to export procedures tailored to customer requirements
- Proactively track orders and communicate discrepancies related to product shortages, delays, or scheduling changes to maintain transparency and customer satisfaction
- Assist the Assistant Manager with daily operational tasks, support team training initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of standard operating procedures
- Maximize product availability for key business events including store openings and promotions to support sales targets
- Foster strong relationships with internal departments and external customers through tailored communication and responsiveness
- Champion process improvements and demonstrate agility in adapting reporting mechanisms to evolving business demands
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product portfolio and upcoming launches to support rollouts and anticipate supply challenges
Qualifications
- Proficient to advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analytical reporting and data analysis
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities across diverse stakeholders and geographies
- Solid understanding of the complete order lifecycle from entry through shipment and credit handling
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience with SAP (particularly AFS modules) or similar enterprise resource planning systems
- Familiarity with logistics and warehouse operations to understand supply chain efficiencies and challenges
- Previous exposure to working with international customers and cross-border trade dynamics
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and international commercial terms (Incoterms)

Experience with wholesale operations, customer account management, and supply chain coordination. Demonstrated exposure to working with international customers and familiarity with cross-border logistics is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further qualifications in supply chain management, operations, or business administration are beneficial but not mandatory.
