Burberry Customer Operations Coordinator role in London managing wholesale accounts across EMEIA. Italian speaker required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage wholesale accounts across multiple EMEIA countries, preparing and editing order confirmations for customer delivery
- Process order amendments including cancellations, credits, returns of faulty and non-faulty goods, and maintain coordination with accounts receivable for invoice reconciliation
- Monitor order-to-shipment flow to ensure timely delivery; coordinate with hub teams and transportation partners on customer booking requirements
- Communicate product shortages, vendor delays, and re-timings to regional and customer stakeholders
- Support Assistant Manager with daily operational tasks, team training, team orderbook monitoring, and SOP creation and updates
- Achieve high shipping percentages aligned with company fiscal targets while maximizing product availability for events, store openings, and marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships through clear communication and stakeholder influence
- Ensure continuous process improvement and maintain proficiency with company operating systems, including SAP (AFS)
Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken)
- Advanced Excel skills for report generation and data interpretation
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Understanding of order lifecycle, shipping, and credit processes
- Experience managing international customer relationships
- Familiarity with import/export procedures and incoterms

Previous experience working with international wholesale customers and exposure to logistics and warehouse operations is preferred; understanding of supply chain operations, order fulfillment, and customer service excellence in a multi-stakeholder environment is essential.
