Burberry seeks a Customer Marketing Coordinator for a fixed-term contract role in London, coordinating customer outreach campaigns and CRM initiatives across global and regional markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and briefing of customer outreach campaigns across email, messaging, and .com channels for full price, outlet, and regional communications
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, trackers, and progress updates to ensure visibility and alignment across Marketing, Commercial, Digital, CRM, and Regional teams
- Coordinate regional requirements and consolidate inputs to inform global campaign briefs and timing decisions
- Assist with planning and briefing for .com customer pages, service-led destinations, and campaign storytelling content
- Track deliverables and deadlines while following up with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and clear handovers between teams
- Coordinate with the Customer Marketing Manager and CRM orchestration team on audience segmentation, personalisation requirements, and data inputs
- Organise and manage content inputs for customer campaigns by consolidating requests from Customer Marketing, Regional Client Engagement, Retail CRM, and Digital teams
- Execute the customer content process including need mapping, brief preparation, production tracking, approval routing, and delivery to customer teams
- Partner with Creative, Production, and Digital Content teams to ensure assets meet channel specifications and enhance customer experience
- Support campaign delivery and readiness across email, messaging, and .com platforms in collaboration with CRM, Production, and Digital teams
- Assist with quality assurance processes including asset verification, link validation, content accuracy checks, and page readiness assessment
- Analyse campaign performance and experiences, delivering insights for monthly, quarterly, and campaign-level reporting
- Share reports and insights with internal stakeholders and regional teams in a clear and consistent manner
- Work with Customer Insight and Data & Analytics teams to ensure reporting templates and data sources remain current and reliable
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in customer marketing, CRM operations, or digital campaign coordination, preferably within luxury, fashion, or retail sectors
- Exceptional organisational abilities with proficiency in managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and diverse stakeholder expectations
- Comfortable navigating and managing complex content workflows with experience briefing creative teams and coordinating cross-functional contributions
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills to anticipate challenges and ensure thorough follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that foster alignment and collaboration across teams
- Keen interest in customer journey optimisation, CRM personalisation techniques, and tailoring digital experiences for discerning audiences
