Confidential luxury house in Paris seeks a CRM Solutions Architect to design and deliver enterprise CRM and customer platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end CRM and customer experience architecture, including data model, identity resolution, CDP strategy and integration patterns across e‑commerce, POS, ERP and marketing systems.
- Lead technical design and delivery of CRM platforms (selection, configuration, customisation and migration), ensuring scalability, security and high availability.
- Design and oversee API, middleware and event-driven integration (MuleSoft, Kafka, REST/SOAP) between front‑office channels and back‑office systems.
- Translate business requirements into solution blueprints, low-level design documents, and implementation roadmaps; own solution governance and technical standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, marketing, retail operations and external vendors to prioritise features, manage technical risk and ensure successful deployments.
- Establish data governance, privacy-by-design and consent-management practices in line with GDPR and regional regulations.
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, perform code and design reviews, and mentor engineers and integrators throughout delivery.
- Validate performance, reliability and security of CRM solutions through architecture reviews, testing strategies and operational runbooks; support cutover and post‑launch stabilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record as a solutions/enterprise architect with a minimum of 7 years in IT and at least 3–5 years focused on CRM/customer platforms.
- Demonstrable experience with major CRM and customer engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, SAP Customer Experience) and CDPs.
- Strong understanding of integration platforms (MuleSoft, ESBs), API design, event streaming (Kafka) and modern data architectures.
- Practical knowledge of data privacy/regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR) and implementation of consent and identity‑resolution mechanisms.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across commercial, digital and retail teams in a matrix environment.

Experience
Senior-level track record delivering enterprise CRM and customer platforms in complex, multi-brand or multi-channel organisations. Demonstrable experience leading cross-functional delivery, vendor selection, migrations and operational handovers.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
