Role & Responsibilities
- Retouch imagery across diverse categories including fashion, beauty, still life, architecture, events, and ambient photography whilst adhering to Burberry's brand standards
- Support the Lead Retoucher in daily image workflow management, process streamlining, and project timeline efficiency
- Interpret creative briefs with precision, ensuring retouched imagery aligns with artistic vision and campaign strategy
- Deliver retouched images from initial capture through final delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards
- Ensure accurate colour matching across all imagery to product samples and references
- Follow established workflow procedures to ensure images are structured, filed, and archived according to Burberry's digital asset management protocols
- Develop technical expertise and creative proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop
- Contribute insights and process improvements to retouch workflows, promoting innovation and consistency
