Role & Responsibilities
- Retouch a diverse range of imagery across fashion, beauty, still life, architecture, events, and ambient photography to meet Burberry's brand standards
- Support the Lead Retoucher in managing daily image workflows and project timelines
- Contribute insights and improvements to retouch workflow methodology to drive consistency and innovation
- Follow established procedures to ensure accurate structuring, filing, and archiving of images within digital asset management protocols
- Interpret creative briefs with attention to detail and originality, aligning retouched imagery with artistic vision and campaign strategy
- Deliver retouched images from initial capture through final delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards
- Develop technical expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, to enhance image quality and aesthetics
- Collaborate with photographers, creative directors, marketing teams, and stakeholders to maintain productive working relationships
- Ensure colour matching across all imagery to product samples and references for accurate product representation
- Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and demands in a dynamic, fast-paced creative environment
