Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate creative concepts for shop windows, seasonal displays and temporary pop‑up activations that align with brand direction and global campaigns.
  • Produce detailed presentation visuals, technical drawings and 3D models for internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Specify materials, finishes and furniture; source and prototype display elements and bespoke props.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines and tender processes; coordinate with suppliers, fabricators and fit‑out contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Supervise on‑site installation, de‑installation and handover; resolve technical issues during build and ensure health & safety and retail operational requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with store teams, visual merchandising, marketing and commercial stakeholders to optimise customer flow and in‑store storytelling.
  • Maintain documentation, asset libraries and post‑project reports to inform future activations and lifecycle management of display elements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Visual Merchandising, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Set/Exhibition Design or related discipline.
  • Portfolio demonstrating concept development, technical detailing and completed retail/window or pop‑up projects.
  • Solid understanding of materials, joinery, lighting and shopfitting processes.
  • Proven track record of managing multi‑stakeholder projects, suppliers and installation teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to cost control, timelines and quality assurance.
