Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize Tail Spend across indirect categories in EMEA and the Americas, ensuring efficient and compliant purchasing.
  • Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and value creation in collaboration with category managers.
  • Conduct tactical sourcing and negotiations to achieve favorable commercial outcomes.
  • Review Purchase Requisitions to influence demand and address non-compliant or inefficient buying behavior.
  • Develop and maintain Tail Spend dashboards and reporting, providing insights for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and InfoSec teams to ensure high-quality, compliant supplier contracts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in indirect procurement across multiple categories.
  • Confidence in analyzing and presenting data.

Skills

Ability to build trusted relationships and influence within a complex organization. Skilled in negotiation and problem-solving. Capability to manage competing priorities with a calm and collaborative approach. Strong commercial mindset with clarity, judgment, and care in decision-making.

Experience

Proven experience in indirect procurement across multiple categories, with a focus on data analysis and presentation.
