Role & Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding of new global suppliers, ensuring due diligence and governance processes are completed efficiently and accurately
- Act as a trusted point of contact for procurement-related queries, delivering responsive and high-quality service to internal stakeholders
- Maintain and administer procurement contracts, including signature management, renewals, archiving and system updates within procurement platforms
- Support category planning activities by coordinating procurement projects, supplier initiatives and annual planning processes
- Assist with sourcing activities and provide analysis and insights to support procurement recommendations and business decision-making
- Produce spend analysis, reporting and compliance tracking to support performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
