Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients at all stages of the customer journey, from first contact to post‑purchase follow-up.
- Develop and maintain a curated client portfolio through proactive outreach, clienteling tools and bespoke appointments.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maximising average transaction value through consultative selling and product storytelling.
- Manage boutique floor operations including visual merchandising standards, stock replenishment, pricing integrity and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Operate POS and CRM systems accurately for sales transactions, client records and follow-up activities; prepare daily sales reconciliations and reports as required.
- Coordinate private showings, VIP events and alterations with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales, with demonstrable achievement against sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
- Strong commercial awareness and product knowledge specific to fashion, leather goods or accessories.
- High standards of presentation, discretion and professionalism appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Right to work in the hiring country and flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and peak season.
