Burberry Singapore seeks a Client Advisor in Singapore to deliver personalised luxury service, grow client relationships and achieve sales KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, elevated client service through storytelling, product expertise and styling to drive desire and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed individual and store commercial KPIs, including appointments, units per transaction (UPT), average transaction value (ATV) and average unit retail (AUR).
- Manage the full client journey: create a strong first impression, discover client needs, provide expert styling advice, close sales and ensure timely after‑sales follow-up.
- Build and maintain a high‑value client book by prospecting, converting new clients and proactively managing retention through regular contact and appointment work.
- Support daily store operations and luxury standards in front and back of house, including merchandising, replenishment, inventory control and stockroom maintenance as required.
- Apply Burberry visual and brand guidelines to maintain in‑store presentation and support markdowns and inventory processes.
- Collaborate with the store team to foster a positive working climate and deliver consistent guest experience and service targets.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in luxury retail.
- Previous clientelling or appointment‑based selling experience.
- Strong product knowledge of fashion and styling; awareness of competitor offerings.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with confidence in engaging high‑net‑worth clients.
- Commercial, results‑driven mindset with attention to detail and a pro‑active approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrable experience in luxury retail sales with a history of meeting or exceeding individual sales KPIs and prior exposure to clientelling or appointment‑based service models.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or tertiary education in fashion, retail or related fields is advantageous.
