Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a discerning client base through in-store consultations, appointments and proactive clienteling.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets via consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling of product ranges.
- Maintain immaculate boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage transactional duties including point-of-sale operations, cash handling, returns and refunds with accuracy and discretion.
- Build and maintain the client database using CRM tools, document interactions and follow up on leads and after‑sales requests.
- Support stock management activities: receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention protocols.
- Collaborate with the store team and management on promotional events, private client evenings and product launches.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales, ideally with 2+ years in a client-facing role.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, professionalism and an innate service orientation suited to a high-net-worth clientele.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience meeting sales KPIs and driving conversion.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
