Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, personalised service to high-value and regular clients, anticipating needs and building long-term relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling, up‑selling and cross‑selling of product categories.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across collections and communicate brand heritage and craftsmanship to clients.

Qualifications
- Proven client‑facing experience in luxury retail or premium services; experience with high‑value clientele preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanour.

- Reliable, punctual and able to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.

Typically 1–3 years of front‑line experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with demonstrable success in sales and client relationship management. Prior exposure to clienteling systems and private appointment sales is advantageous.
Education
