Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
- Inspire clients through brand storytelling and passion for Burberry, creating desire with every interaction
- Provide luxury service with demonstrated expertise in product knowledge, fashion, and styling consultation
- Execute the Client journey—creating strong first impressions, discovering client needs, demonstrating product mastery, and closing sales to build lasting relationships
- Conduct efficient follow-up and deliver comprehensive after-sales services to clients
- Maintain high luxury standards throughout the store, managing product replenishment, inventory, markdowns, and stockroom maintenance as required
- Uphold visual merchandising standards in alignment with Burberry guidelines and company policies
- Foster a positive team environment and contribute to daily store operations
- Build and develop meaningful client relationships through appointment-based personalised service
- Grow the individual and store client book by capturing new luxury clientele with commercial objectives
- Drive client retention through regular contact, appropriate follow-up on sales and requests, and ensure volume and spend targets
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets
- Previous experience in clienteling or luxury retail
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of store retail operations
- Knowledge of competitor products and market positioning
- Experience working effectively within a team environment
- Fluency in local language with English proficiency desirable
- Confidence, curiosity, conviction, and care in client interactions
