Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs.

  • Provide luxury service with expertise in product, fashion, and styling.
  • Elevate the client experience by following the client journey from initial impression to sale closure.
  • Efficiently manage after-sales services and client follow-ups.
  • Maintain high luxury standards in store operations, including inventory management and stockroom maintenance.
  • Adhere to company policies and visual standards.
  • Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
  • Build and maintain meaningful client relationships, promoting loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Capture new luxury clients to expand the client book with a commercial focus.
  • Drive client retention through regular contact and follow-up on sales and requests.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in clientelling.
  • Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of retail operations.
  • Understanding of competitor products.
  • Experience working as part of a team.
  • Fluent in the local language; English proficiency is desirable.
  • Other language knowledge is desirable.
