Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Communicate Burberry's brand narrative and product value proposition to customers
- Deliver personalized styling consultation and product recommendations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with new and existing customers to enhance loyalty
- Conduct proactive customer follow-up and after-sales service to generate repeat purchase opportunities
- Expand the customer database and contribute to new customer acquisition initiatives
- Execute visual merchandising and display maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with store team members to maintain an inviting and sophisticated retail environment
Qualifications
