The Client Advisor builds relationships with Burberry's new and existing clients, delivering personalised and elevated luxury service experiences with strong commercial outcomes. Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators including appointments, units per transaction, average transaction value, and average unit retail
  • Deliver luxury service experiences through storytelling and brand passion, inspiring desire for Burberry products with every client interaction
  • Execute the full client journey in-store: create excellent first impressions, discover client needs, provide styling and product expertise, and close sales while maintaining long-term relationships
  • Work by appointment to provide personalised service and build meaningful client relationships that promote loyalty and drive incremental purchases
  • Capture and convert new luxury clients to grow the individual and store client book with a commercial mindset
  • Drive client retention through regular contact, appropriate follow-up on sales and service requests, and proactive engagement
  • Support daily store operations including visual standards maintenance, inventory management, product replenishment, markdown administration, and stockroom organisation
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards according to Burberry guidelines using appropriate techniques and attention to detail
  • Deliver efficient after-sales service and follow-up to clients
  • Foster teamwork and contribute to a positive work environment aligned with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding commercial targets
  • Previous experience in clientelling or relationship-based luxury retail
  • Strong product knowledge and comprehensive understanding of retail store operations
  • Knowledge of competitor products and market positioning
  • Fluency in local language; English proficiency is desirable
