Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales KPIs, including appointments, units per transaction, average transaction value, and average unit retail
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and authentic passion for the Burberry brand, creating desire and emotional connection with every interaction
  • Deliver luxury-caliber service, demonstrating deep knowledge and expertise in product, fashion, styling, and market positioning
  • Execute the Client Journey framework to elevate the in-store experience: create exceptional first impressions, discover client preferences, establish styling authority, and close sales to maintain long-term relationships
  • Efficiently manage post-sale follow-up and after-sales services to sustain client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Contribute to daily store operations while maintaining high luxury standards in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas, including product replenishment, inventory management, markdown coordination, and stockroom maintenance
  • Maintain visual standards and luxury presentation in accordance with Burberry guidelines and company policies
  • Foster team collaboration and cultivate a positive, supportive work environment
  • Build and nurture meaningful client relationships through appointment-based personalised service delivery
  • Strategically capture new luxury clients to expand both personal and store client databases with a commercial mindset

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering sales and consistently exceeding targets
  • Previous experience in clientelling or luxury retail client management
  • Strong product knowledge with good understanding of store retail operations
  • Knowledge of competitor products and market positioning
  • Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is desirable
