Burberry is hiring a Client Advisor in Sydney — deliver personalised luxury clienteling, drive sales and build long-term client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, appointment-led luxury service that builds lasting relationships with new and existing clients while meeting individual and store sales targets.
- Inspire clients through storytelling, product expertise and styling advice to create desire for Burberry collections and close sales.
- Proactively acquire new clients and grow the client book through targeted outreach, follow-up and personalised experiences.
- Manage the full client journey: ensure exceptional first impressions, discover client needs, recommend products and secure repeat business via after-sales service.
- Achieve and contribute to commercial KPIs including appointments, UPT, ATV and AUR, guest experience and NPS metrics.
- Support daily store operations and maintain luxury standards front and back of house, including merchandising, stock replenishment, markdowns and stockroom upkeep.
- Adhere to company policies and visual merchandising guidelines to maintain store presentation consistent with Burberry standards.
- Foster teamwork and a positive workplace climate; collaborate with store management to deliver on commercial and service objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
- Previous clientelling or appointment-based selling experience.
- Strong product knowledge of fashion and accessories and demonstrable styling ability.
- Commercially minded with experience working to KPI-driven objectives.
- Impeccable presentation and high standards of professional communication.
- Fluent in English (local language fluency required); additional languages desirable.
- Energetic, proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail with a proven record of achieving sales targets and executing clientelling strategies. Experience working within a team and familiarity with appointment-led retail operations is expected.
