Burberry seeks a Client Advisor in Sydney to deliver personalised, appointment-led luxury service and drive sales through expert clientelling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, appointment-led luxury service to new and existing clients, inspiring desire for the brand through storytelling and expert styling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store commercial KPIs, including appointments, UPT, ATV and AUR.
- Proactively acquire and retain clients, growing the store client book through targeted outreach and follow-up.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and styling expertise to advise clients and close sales.
- Manage after-sales service and client communications to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Support daily store operations: maintain front- and back-of-house luxury standards, assist with inventory, replenishment, markdowns and stockroom maintenance as required.
- Apply Burberry visual merchandising guidelines to uphold presentation standards and contribute to the in-store brand experience.
- Adhere to company policies and foster a collaborative, positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in luxury or premium retail.
- Practical experience in clientelling and appointment-based selling.
- Strong product knowledge and a demonstrable interest in fashion, art and culture.
- Excellent presentation, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercially minded, results-driven and comfortable working to KPI targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, adaptable and service-oriented.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrable experience in luxury or premium retail sales with a proven ability to acquire and retain clients via appointment selling and personalised service. Experience supporting store operations, visual standards and inventory control is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail or business is advantageous but not required.
