Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
- Inspire clients through storytelling and authentic passion for the Burberry brand, fostering desire and loyalty with every interaction
- Deliver luxury service with demonstrated expertise in product knowledge, fashion trends, and personalized styling guidance
- Execute the complete client journey in-store—creating strong first impressions, discovering client needs, positioning products strategically, and closing sales effectively
- Manage post-sale follow-up and after-sales services to reinforce client relationships and drive repeat business
- Maintain daily store operations to the highest luxury standards, including product display, inventory management, replenishment, markdowns, and stockroom maintenance
- Uphold Burberry's visual merchandising and brand guidelines through meticulous attention to store aesthetics and presentation
- Build and cultivate meaningful client relationships through appointment-based services and regular outreach
- Capture new high-value clients to expand the personal and store client base with a commercial objective
- Drive client retention through consistent contact, appropriate follow-up, and responsiveness to client requests

Qualifications
