Burberry Singapore is hiring a Client Advisor to deliver personalised luxury service, grow client relationships and exceed sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, appointment-led luxury service to new and existing clients, using storytelling and product expertise to inspire purchase intent.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store commercial KPIs, including appointments, UPT, ATV and AUR.
  • Build and maintain meaningful client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up and after-sales care to drive retention and incremental spend.
  • Demonstrate deep product, styling and fashion knowledge to advise clients and close sales with impeccable presentation.
  • Contribute to daily store operations: maintain luxury standards front- and back-of-house, support inventory management, replenishment and stockroom maintenance when required.
  • Adhere to company policies and visual standards; apply merchandising techniques to ensure presentation aligns with Burberry guidelines.
  • Foster teamwork and a positive work climate, supporting colleagues to achieve collective targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering sales and consistently exceeding targets in a luxury retail environment.
  • Demonstrable clientelling experience, including appointment setting and client retention strategies.
  • Strong product knowledge and an understanding of store retail operations and competitor landscape.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with a commercial, results-driven mindset.
  • Energetic, proactive, detail-oriented and adaptable; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
