Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and brand passion, fostering desire and loyalty for Burberry.
  • Deliver luxury service, demonstrating expertise in product knowledge, fashion, and styling.
  • Guide clients through the store experience, ensuring a memorable initial impression and closing sales effectively.
  • Efficiently manage after-sales services and client follow-ups.
  • Contribute to store operations, maintaining luxury standards in both front and back of house.
  • Adhere to company policies and visual standards as per Burberry guidelines.
  • Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
  • Build and maintain meaningful client relationships, promoting loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Capture new luxury clients to expand the client book with a commercial focus.
  • Drive client retention through regular contact and follow-up on sales and requests.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales and target achievement.
  • Previous experience in clienteling.
  • Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of retail operations.
  • Understanding of competitor products.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.

Skills

Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English is desirable. Additional language skills are advantageous. Confidence, curiosity, conviction, and care in client interactions. Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated. Detail-oriented and creative with a passion for selling. Impeccable presentation and communication skills. Results-driven with a commercial mindset. Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable.

Experience

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail sales or a similar client-facing role is required.
