Burberry is hiring a Client Advisor for its La Vallée Village Outlet in Serris on an initial six-month fixed-term contract. The role delivers personalised client service, builds client relationships, supports commercial performance and contributes to store operations and team culture.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience in line with Burberry service standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and share brand stories in an engaging, relevant way.
- Contribute to individual and store performance by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Support store operations, including merchandising, stock management and visual presentation standards.
