Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, elevated luxury service in every client interaction and consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales KPIs (appointments, UPT, ATV, AUR).
- Build and sustain meaningful client relationships through appointment selling, regular follow-up and after-sales care to drive retention and incremental spend.
- Inspire purchase through storytelling, product expertise and styling advice that communicates the brand’s aesthetic and value proposition.
- Proactively capture new clients to grow the store’s client book, converting leads into appointments and long‑term relationships.
- Support daily store operations, ensuring luxury standards front and back of house: product replenishment, stockroom maintenance, markdowns and inventory controls.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards according to Burberry guidelines and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a collaborative team climate and support colleagues to achieve collective commercial and service objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering sales and consistently exceeding targets in a luxury retail environment.
- Previous experience in clientelling and appointment-driven selling.
- Strong knowledge of fashion, product and styling with awareness of competitor offerings.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with an assertive, client-focused demeanour.
- Fluent in the local language; proficiency in English is desirable. Additional languages are an advantage.
