Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized consultations to clients, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Burberry collections and product attributes
  • Drive sales performance through attentive customer service and relationship-building with both new and existing clientele
  • Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation standards consistent with luxury brand protocols
  • Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation to enhance the retail environment
  • Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and complete administrative documentation

Qualifications
