Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that reflects Burberry’s luxury standards and brand values.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement, conversion and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using clienteling techniques and the store CRM to maximise lifetime value.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge across categories and advise clients on styling, fit and care.
- Operate the point-of-sale and fulfil transactional duties accurately, including payments, receipts and basic returns processing.
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure windows and floor displays meet brand standards.
- Manage stock on the shop floor and backroom, assist with inventory counts and communicate replenishment needs.
- Participate in store events, private appointments and bespoke client services to drive footfall and deepen relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven record of achievement in retail sales, preferably within a premium or luxury brand.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build authentic, long-term client relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven approach to meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Professional presentation and meticulous attention to detail consistent with luxury retail standards.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings, and to support special events.

Typically 2+ years of direct retail experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion; demonstrable success converting clients and meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or sales is advantageous.
