Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by advising clients on product selection and styling.
  • Maintain elevated store standards including visual merchandising, product presentation and boutique upkeep to brand specifications.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage stock movements between sales floor and stockroom.
  • Participate in trainings, product briefings and store meetings to maintain deep product knowledge and service consistency.
  • Adhere to brand policies, loss-prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements while safeguarding client data and privacy.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a retail or client-facing environment.
  • Demonstrable sales aptitude with experience meeting targets; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage clients with confidence and discretion.
  • Professional appearance and strong presentation skills aligned with a luxury brand image.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays, and ability to work retail shift patterns.
  • Legal authorization to work in South Korea.

Experience

Typically 1–2 years of retail or client-facing sales experience is preferred; prior experience in luxury fashion or premium retail environments is advantageous.
