Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
- Deliver luxury service with demonstrated expertise in product knowledge, fashion trends, and styling techniques
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing clients through appointment-based consultations
- Follow the complete client journey to elevate the in-store experience: initial impression, client discovery, product expertise, and sales closure
- Capture new luxury clients to grow the individual and store client book with commercial objectivity
- Drive client retention through regular contact and appropriate follow-up on sales and client requests
- Execute efficient after-sales services and post-purchase engagement
- Contribute to daily store operations including visual merchandising, inventory management, stockroom maintenance, and markdown execution
- Maintain visual standards according to Burberry guidelines using appropriate display techniques
- Foster teamwork and cultivate a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets
- Previous experience in clientelling or luxury retail advisory
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of store retail operations
- Knowledge of competitor products and market positioning
- Team collaboration experience
- Fluency in local language (Italian); English proficiency is desirable
