Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through proactive, appointment-based selling and exceptional client service.
  • Deliver a personalised, elevated luxury experience by following the Client Journey: create a strong first impression, discover client needs, provide product and styling expertise, close the sale and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Build and grow the store client book by identifying and capturing new luxury clients and driving retention with regular follow-up and after-sales service.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and styling ability to inspire desire and convey the brand story in every client interaction.
  • Support daily store operations including stockroom maintenance, inventory and replenishment, markdowns and visual standards according to Burberry guidelines.
  • Use visual merchandising techniques to maintain luxury presentation; adhere to company policies, guidelines and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Foster teamwork and a positive working climate; contribute to a collaborative, service-driven store environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in luxury or premium retail.
  • Previous clientelling experience and demonstrable ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong interest in fashion, art and culture with solid product knowledge and a commercial mindset.
  • Practical understanding of store retail operations and competitor landscape.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills; confident, proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Fluency in Italian required; proficiency in English preferred.

Experience
