Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience through appointments, consultations and after‑sales service to build long‑term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and conversion metrics while maximising basket value and sell‑through.
- Proactively prospect and manage a dedicated client portfolio using clienteling techniques and accurate CRM entries.
- Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising standards; support stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and housekeeping.
- Process transactions accurately at point of sale and ensure compliance with loss‑prevention and cash handling procedures.
- Coordinate and support private client events, trunk shows and bespoke appointments, collaborating with store leadership and cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high‑end boutique sales, with a verifiable track record of meeting sales targets.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to develop trust with high‑net‑worth clients.
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation ability and attention to detail in client follow‑up and CRM management.
- Impeccable personal presentation and an understanding of luxury service protocols.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and occasional travel for client appointments or events.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail, haute couture, high‑jewellery or a comparable high‑end boutique environment, with demonstrable sales performance and client development outcomes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in fashion, retail, business or a related field preferred.
