Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver impeccable, high-touch service to individual clients and walk-in customers, consistently reflecting maison standards of presentation and hospitality.
- Achieve and exceed personal and boutique sales KPIs through proactive clienteling, follow-up, appointment management and conversion of leads.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across relevant categories (e.g., leather goods, apparel, accessories) to advise clients and personalise recommendations.
- Manage CRM records: log client interactions, preferences and purchase history; execute targeted outreach and after-sales follow-up.
- Support boutique merchandising and visual standards, including product replenishment, stock rotation and window/display upkeep as directed.
- Process transactions accurately, handle cash and payment reconciliation, and ensure compliance with company procedures for returns and repairs.
- Coordinate with boutique management and cross-border teams on client requests, special orders and shipping or repair logistics.
- Represent the brand professionally at client events, private appointments and during special selling initiatives.
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural aptitude for relationship-building and luxury service.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and follow-up.
- Impeccable personal presentation and familiarity with luxury retail etiquette.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods; reliable punctuality and attendance.
- Comfort with digital clienteling tools and basic retail administration (appointment booking, POS transactions).
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail, boutique, or premium hospitality environments, with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales objectives and cultivating repeat clients.
Education
Secondary education required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline preferred but not mandatory.
