Leading luxury fashion house in Paris seeks a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and walk-in clients, building long-term relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective cross-selling of collections and services.
  • Manage CRM records and follow up on leads, appointments and bespoke requests to maximise lifetime client value.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and persuasive brand storytelling across categories, including tailoring, materials and provenance.
  • Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and support stock intake, replenishment and visual merchandising standards.
  • Support in-store events, private appointments and trunk shows; coordinate with store management and central teams to ensure flawless client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing sales, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; capacity to engage and influence discerning clients.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail in all client interactions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and during peak retail periods; able to travel occasionally for special events.
