Burberry — Client Advisor (Fixed-Term Contract) in Paris (Galeries Lafayette). Deliver personalised luxury clientelling and exceed sales KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, elevated client experience through storytelling, product expertise and styling to inspire purchase and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed individual and store commercial KPIs, including appointments, UPT, ATV and AUR.
- Proactively build and maintain a high-value client book through appointment selling, client acquisition and regular follow-up.
- Provide exemplary after-sales service and manage client requests to drive retention and incremental spend.
- Support daily store operations: maintain luxury visual standards, product replenishment, inventory accuracy, markdowns and stockroom upkeep.
- Collaborate with store management and colleagues to foster a positive team environment and uphold company policies and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering sales and consistently exceeding targets in a retail or luxury environment.
- Demonstrable experience in clientelling and appointment-led selling.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and luxury product assortments and competitors.
- Confident, proactive and service-oriented with impeccable presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt in a collaborative, target-driven environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail sales with a proven record of client acquisition, retention and meeting commercial KPIs; prior clientelling experience is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, luxury sales or fashion is preferred.
