Burberry seeks a Client Advisor in Orlando, FL to deliver personalised luxury service, grow client relationships and drive sales at The Mall at Millennia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, elevated client service that cultivates long-term relationships and loyalty through storytelling and expert product knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs (appointments, UPT, ATV, AUR).
- Work by appointment and proactively acquire new clients to grow the store’s client book and drive incremental purchases.
- Provide expert styling and product advice; close sales and ensure high levels of after-sales care and follow-up.
- Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory management, markdowns and maintaining luxury standards front and back of house.
- Maintain brand visual and presentation standards in line with Burberry guidelines; contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering sales and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous clientelling or appointment-driven luxury retail experience.
- Strong product knowledge and familiarity with retail store operations and competitor landscape.
- Impeccable presentation, communication skills and a client-centric approach.
- Energetic, proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven with a collaborative mindset.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrable experience in luxury or premium retail with a history of meeting sales KPIs; prior clientelling and appointment-based selling is required. Experience working collaboratively within a store team and contributing to daily operational tasks is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, fashion or luxury sales preferred but not mandatory.
