Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs through product knowledge and luxury service delivery
- Inspire clients through storytelling and brand passion to create desire and loyalty for Burberry products
- Deliver expert styling and product guidance, following the complete client journey to enhance in-store experience
- Build meaningful client relationships and maintain a growing client book through appointment-based personalized service
- Drive client retention through regular follow-up, ensuring appropriate communication on sales and customer requests
